-Selective post emergent corn herbicide – Maize herbicide
Time of application and crop stage: Topramezone 336g/l w/v SC is an early post emergence herbicide to be applied when weeds are in 2-3 leaf stage along with MSO adjuvent @ 2ml/l of water.
Weather condition : Should not be applied within a 2 hours of anticipated rainfall.
It is mainly used in Corn to control narrow and broad spectrum weeds.
It inhibits an enzyme in the chloroplasts of susceptible weed plants resulting in bleeching symptoms followed by complete kill within 10-12 days after application.
It should be applied at 2-5 leaf stage of the weeds.
It should be applied in the combination with Atrazine and outright.
It should be applied under moist field conditions using Flat fan Nozzle.
It reduces crop weed competition by killing all major weeds.
