It can include, among others, name, physical address, email address, passwords, debit/credit card or other financial or payment information. We don’t save your debit/credit card number in our database/servers.

  • Payment and billing details, if you choose to engage in service with us.

We sells products (Agricultural and Farming related) that does not require audience below age of 18.

We do not offer services and products to minors and do not intend to collect personal information from children under the age 18. We follow all local legal requirements with respect to the collection and processing of a minor’s personal information without the appropriate authorization from a parent or guardian.

    1. For example, we may need your contact information to respond to a question you have asked us via our site, and your billing and payment information to process any payments you have requested.

We are committed to protecting your PII from unauthorized access and use. We implement and maintain appropriate technical, physical and administrative safeguards to help accomplish this goal. Access to your PII is restricted to only those employees who need to know that information to provide our services to you. Our employees receive training to maintain the confidentiality, privacy and security of your PII.

Data storage and retention

Your PII will be retained only for as long as the information is needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and processed. At our online agriculture and pesticide store, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Our refund policy applies specifically to damaged items that you may receive. To initiate a refund, we kindly ask that you provide us with a video recording of the parcel opening, which serves as proof of the damage. In the video, please make sure to clearly show the unboxing process and any visible damage to the product. It’s important to submit this video within 48 hours of receiving the parcel for us to consider your refund request. Regrettably, we won’t be able to accept refund requests without a valid video. We want to ensure a fair process, so please reach out to our customer support team to begin the refund process.

Once you’ve contacted our customer support team and shared the video, they will review it carefully to assess the damage. If your refund request is approved, we will provide a refund for the specific damaged product(s) shown in the video. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We’ll process the refund using the same payment method you used during the purchase, and you can expect to receive it within 7-10 business days after approval.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged product(s) to our store. If this is required, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon by our customer support team. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Please remember that refunds will not be provided for products damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse. It’s important to store and handle the products according to the instructions provided.

Additionally, refunds will not be granted for products that have been used or consumed partially or fully. We want to ensure fairness in our refund policy. It’s important to note that our refund policy only applies to products purchased directly from our online agriculture and pesticide store.

We strive to provide excellent customer service, and as such, we may update or modify our refund policy from time to time. If any changes occur, we will make sure to inform you through our website or via email.   1. Our refund policy applies only to damaged products purchased from our online agriculture and pesticide store.

  8. Our customer support team will review the video and assess the damage to determine if a refund is warranted.
  9. If the refund request is approved, the customer will be provided with a refund for the damaged product(s) only.
  10. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  11. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase.
  12. The customer can expect the refund to be issued within 7-10 business days after approval.
  13. If a refund is issued, the customer may be required to return the damaged product(s) to our store.
  14. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon by our customer support team.
  15. In case of a partial refund, the customer will be refunded the proportional amount based on the damaged product(s) value.
  16. Refunds will not be provided for products damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse.
  17. The customer must ensure that the product(s) are stored and handled according to the instructions provided.
  18. Refunds will not be provided for products that have been used or consumed partially or fully.
