Shipping and Delivery

1) Shipping or Delivery will be done according to the convenience of KrishiBharat Delivery partners 

2) Minimum order value which will be shipped – RS.499

3) any damage during the delivery or by the delivery partner will be not admissible. 

4) Delays in shipping or delivery not will be under the control of KRISHIBHARAT.

5)If delivery is not accepted for prepaid order, delivery charge will be levied to the customer.

6) Delays in delivery through our delivery partner is not under KrishiBharat control .

Refund Policy for Online Agriculture and Pesticide Store:

At our online agriculture and pesticide store, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Our refund policy applies specifically to damaged items that you may receive. To initiate a refund, we kindly ask that you provide us with a video recording of the parcel opening, which serves as proof of the damage. In the video, please make sure to clearly show the unboxing process and any visible damage to the product. It’s important to submit this video within 48 hours of receiving the parcel for us to consider your refund request. Regrettably, we won’t be able to accept refund requests without a valid video. We want to ensure a fair process, so please reach out to our customer support team to begin the refund process.

Once you’ve contacted our customer support team and shared the video, they will review it carefully to assess the damage. If your refund request is approved, we will provide a refund for the specific damaged product(s) shown in the video. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We’ll process the refund using the same payment method you used during the purchase, and you can expect to receive it within 7-10 business days after approval.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged product(s) to our store. If this is required, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon by our customer support team. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Please remember that refunds will not be provided for products damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse. It’s important to store and handle the products according to the instructions provided.
