It is a combination of Hexaconozole 5% and Validamycin 2.5% SC.
Hexaconozole belongs to Triazole group which has systemic action, and inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis.
Validamycin is an antibiotic produced by Streptomyces hygroscopicus which acts as systemic and inhibits fungal trehalase resulting in dehydration of fungal spores.
It can be used in Rice and other major crops to control fungal diseases like leaf spot, sheath blight and blast etc.
